New Century has been in business for more than 20 years, during which time it has been able to provide solutions to the housing deficit in all the countries where we operate. The construction of its projects is characterised by the time, quality and versatility of the processes, and its focus is mostly urban.
To date, New Century has 5 housing projects around Nicaragua, where more than 3,000 homes are still under construction.
There's two building systems that are currently used for housing construction in Nicaragua, the United States, Guyana, the Dominican Republic, Panama and El Salvador.
The main system is monolithic concrete, which refers to the construction of a complete concrete structure in a single working day. This method is progressive, safe and earthquake resistant; and Blokon, the company's own construction system, is resistant, economical and has a structure anchorage that guarantees a better performance against the attack of climatic agents that cause humidity and filtrations.
New Century begins its operations with the urban development project Ciudad El Doral, which is currently the largest one being executed in Nicaragua, with a total land area of 130.6 blocks, where 5,000 homes of various models have been developed, and where it continues to expand and innovate with its offer.
Thanks to the quality that the company has as an experienced developer, we are achieving an expansion not only nationally, but also internationally, with the purpose of building homes for urban development in the United States. Currently with a project of 4 models of houses of monolithic constructive system guaranteeing impeccable, functional and modern designs for a different life.
Ciudad El Doral has all the basic services: electricity, drinking water, rainwater drainage, sanitary drainage, telephony, cable television, terraces, ample green, commercial and communal areas for the amusement and recreation of its inhabitants. In addition, it has a main boulevard, wide avenues and hydraulic concrete streets.
Its second project, Residencial Praderas del Mombacho, located in the colonial city of Granada, is an urban development project to be executed on a total land area of 20.5 manzanas, where 533 dwellings of different models are to be developed in three stages. The construction system used to build the houses is Monolithic Concrete "Earthquake Resistant", which has a non-deformable anchoring structure that guarantees a better performance against the attack of climatic agents that cause humidity and filtrations.
Between 2019 - 2020 the design and construction of the El Guasaule border complex was carried out, where it was divided into two zones: a primary zone designed to contain a cargo complex, operational areas for the orderly flow of people entering and leaving the country, and the secondary zone, or accommodation area located 1 km from the border post, which had the result of housing the staff of the different institutions, a comfortable place to rest, common areas, washing and parking.
Other projects include Residencial Monte Nebo, a residential development already completed with more than 316 homes. The Ciudad Campuzano Residencial, located in Nindirí in the department of Masaya, is in the process of being built, with 3,500 homes as an initial project, built with the Blokon construction system, homes designed to improve the quality of life of Nicaraguan families.
